The service assists with research, prioritisation and drafting. Users remain responsible for reviewing evidence and approving every external communication.

Estimates are labelled and are not guarantees. The service must not be used for unlawful targeting, harassment, spam or deceptive outreach.

There is no free trial. Product access begins after successful payment. The plan costs £199 and renews automatically every six months from the date of subscription until cancelled. Any taxes shown at checkout are part of the order total presented before payment.

Billing is processed by Stripe. Customers can update their payment method, view invoices and cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of the current six-month period. Except where law requires otherwise, fees for a period that has already started are not refundable.

When a paid access period ends, product actions are disabled but workspace data remains available for viewing and export. We may suspend access for failed payment, misuse, security risk or breach of these terms.

You must have authority to upload business data and contact recipients, and you remain responsible for privacy, direct-marketing and anti-spam compliance. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
